Luang Por Kasem was one of the most famous Thai monks who had passed away in BE 2538 at the age of 83. There were many stories being told during his lifetime and good deeds that he had done for many people.
Stories like when he was practising dhamma and sammahdti in the forest, he only bathed once a year and went without food for as long as 49 days. During his practise, he did not even get bitten by mosquito nor having any stench or foul odour under the hot sun or heavy rain.
